Thank you for shopping with us at Hellobirdiebirdie! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we're here to help.


✅ Returns

We accept returns within [15/30] days of delivery. If [15/30] days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable products


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at nasaa.hellobirdiebirdie@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you're returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
